I have been creating interactive installations as places for meditation and reflection for the Fremont Arts Council’s Winter Solstice Feast since 1992, specializing in work with fabric and light since 2000. These spaces help us to stop and refocus, whether their purpose is to create a space for meditation, for social interaction, or just to look and wonder. The Feast is an exceptional event sponsored by the Fremont Arts Council that celebrates the longest night of the year with art, food, music, and community.
